A direct conversation

Sell your property.

Sometimes a straightforward sale is more important than putting a house on the open market.

A local perspective

We know the areas. We know the work.

We aren’t a national house-buying company or a call centre buying properties all over the country.

We buy selectively in the areas we know well across Wirral, Chester, Runcorn and Cheshire, and we’re particularly interested in houses that need refurbishment or modernisation.

That could be a property you’ve inherited, a house that has been empty for some time, a rental property you no longer want, or simply a home that hasn’t been updated for many years.

You don’t need to decorate it, clear everything out or make it presentable before speaking to us. In fact, we’d rather see the property as it is.

What we consider

Properties that may be right for us.

  • Houses requiring refurbishment or modernisation
  • Inherited and probate properties
  • Empty properties
  • Former rental properties
  • Tenanted properties where the landlord is considering selling
  • Properties requiring substantial work before they could comfortably be sold or rented
  • Houses where certainty and a straightforward sale are important

A straightforward approach

Open, practical and on your terms.

01 / TALK

Tell us about the property.

We’ll listen to what you’re looking to do and ask a few practical questions about the house.

02 / CONSIDER

We’ll look at the details.

If it could work for us, we’ll explain what we believe we can pay and why, taking account of condition and refurbishment.

03 / DECIDE

Take the time you need.

We’re happy to move quickly where appropriate or work around your circumstances. There’s no pressure or obligation to proceed.

Our offer has to reflect the economics of the project. Ultimately, the sale needs to make sense for both of us.

No pressure, just a conversation

If your property needs some love, we’d be glad to hear about it.
